Yet Canadians are struggling with unaffordable housing, declining productivity, weak investment, rising government debt and an Armed Forces stretched thin at a time of growing global uncertainty.

A Roadmap for Canada argues that decline is not inevitable.

Canada can build again—homes, energy infrastructure, mines, ports, pipelines and nuclear power. We can create an economy that rewards investment and innovation, improve health care, align immigration with our capacity to provide housing and opportunity, and rebuild a military capable of defending Canada and the Arctic.

Canada has the people, resources and geography to succeed.

What we need now is the confidence and leadership to use them.
