Lockheed Martin announced today that Kristen Leroux will join the company on July 16 as vice president and regional executive for Canada and Latin America.
Following a handover period, Leroux will succeed Lorraine Ben who is retiring after a distinguished tenure. Leroux will report to Ray Piselli, vice president international business, Lockheed Martin.
“Kristen’s extensive experience transforming, developing, and growing trusted businesses will ensure Lockheed Martin continues to deliver world-class solutions to meet the evolving needs of our customers in Canada and Latin America,” said Piselli. “I also want to extend my gratitude to Lorraine for her exceptional leadership, which has seen Lockheed Martin deliver on some of Canada’s most complex programs and strengthen our presence in Latin America.”
Leroux said she was eager to build on the company’s established legacy of excellence in these regions.

Kristen joins Lockheed Martin after serving most recently as president and managing director for DXC Technology Canada, where she was responsible for driving profitable growth and delivering complex solutions aligned to market needs. Prior to this, Kristen held senior leadership positions at IBM Canada including a defence and public safety portfolio. Kristen holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Western Ontario and is a graduate of the Harvard Business School Executive Program.
