Esprit de Corps is a proud media sponsor of the 2014 Canada Army Run, which has just recently sold out with 25,000 participants ready to bear their bibs and give their all in the 5K or half marathon.

The race weekend kicks off on Sept. 19 in beautiful downtown Ottawa with race kit pick-up, a sports expo, and an impressive display of military equipment laid out at Ottawa City Hall. Saturday will get participants pumped up for race day with a friendship race and a carbohydrate-packed mess style pasta dinner, prepared by military cooks.

Sunday Sept. 21 is the big day, where runners will pass by historic parts of Canada's capital such as Parliament Hill, and travel along the famous Rideau Canal, which should be framed by the brilliant colours of the changing autumn leaves.

The Army Run supports two fantastic Canadian military charities — Soldier On and the Military Families Fund, and Esprit de Corps is very excited to take part.
